I guess something went wrong with your installation.
If you are on Win NT, goto Control Panel, Services, look for Netdynamics 4.1
Application Server. If you find the status doesn't show as 'Started'
clicking the Start button should solve your problem.
If nothing works, there is the time-tested solution of wiping out everything
and re-installing.
