When running a ND application (either from within ND Studio via running feet
or via browser/url), if I attempt to run the same application immediately
after it loads the first time (i.e. run the app, the start page loads, wait
5 seconds and run it again), at least 50% of the time I am getting the
following error:

Could not connect to the NetDynamics Application Server. Please make sure
the NetDynamics Application Server services are running.
>>

If I wait about a minute or so, the app will run again just fine.  Sometimes
it doesn't happen at all.

Has anyone seen this?  Is there some kind of timeout param that needs to be
adjusted in the command center, etc.?

I am running ND 4.1.3 on NT 4 Workstation on a dual processor pentium II 450
with 128mb ram.   This happens on several different machines.
