Go to the properties of the href by right clicking on it, go on giving
the values asked for , and finally it would ask for the page to load and
the frame in which to load. Before that you should have your page ready
so that it comes up in the list of pages shown.

I have a problem.
I have a frameset with 3 frames. A top frame and the 2
