We are experiencing a similar problem here on serveral of our machines. The exact
error is :

We are running NetDynamics 4.1.3 on NT4 and trying to access an Oracle 7.3.4 database.
We had this error on one machine previously and ended up having to reinstall
ND
to fix the problem. Before I take that extreme of an action again, I was
wondering
if anyone had encountered/solved this problem?
