I'm having warnings and then subsequent errors when starting the
service manager in ND4 on NT. All the services seem to come up
despite the warnings and errors, but I can't connect to any data
sources in Studio. Any help from a kind soul? I've tried un-installing
and re-installing the entire ND4 App. Server -- no difference.
