No - Everything seemed fine with our ND4 install, and then I must have
tripped some sort of wire (figuratively speaking).

When you say all services "seem" to come up, does that mean that all the icons
in the Command Center are green?
Yes.
Are there any suggestive message in the ndProcessLauncher log? In the Services
Manager log?
