Hi Every body,
I was having this problem only on the development m/c untill
I ported my code to Production m/c and it started there as well,
this arises a sense of urgency.
Problem Description:
Every 30-40 min in my development m/c a java.exe crashes for
ndDSWorker41. ND restarts it but the old one still hangs there,at
one time I was having 7 DS Worker running eating up all my memory.
If I shut the App Svr down from NT Services, the old ones still remains
there. I ran the RDBMS Sevice out of process but of no avail.
At production it is not that often but I have seen it once after
I put this new code. I am running both CP and RDMBS service out
of process there and I saw after the crash there were 2 of each
CP and RDBMS jvms running. Before I had never seen this.
OBSERVATION:
In the forum I saw some posts about a store proc in Oracle crashing
the DS. That alarmed me because I also added a store proc recently
using datasrc with native driver and this storeproc has not been
working. Other wise I am using ODBC mostly. Also one thing that rings
bell to me is- recently I changed the datasource property
of 3 dataobjects by replacing the sid# of the datasrc in the
respective .sdo files.
If some body has any clue/comments/suggestions/questions,
please pass it on, it would help a lot.
