I did not get any reply on my previous post, may be it was too vague. 
Any ways after running all major services out of processes we 
found that it was not the RDBMS service but was the PE service 
that was crashing and along with itself it was bringing down others.

Now the big question is why would the PE crash from time to time. Following are some 
messages from the log, right after the crash.

If any body has any clue/idea why this would happen. please let me 
know as the problem still remains.
