[ND] ND 4.1.3

ND 4.1.3 Crashes on Solaris 2.6 with Apache 1.3.6. It appears that the memory is not 
freed up by some of ND resource. May be ndCGI or Java VM.

Any Suggestion on how to rectify this situation???
