Good news...we solved our Log Viewer problem. Thanks to AlexT who suggested the
log file might be corrupt.
I knew the remote Log file wasn't corrupt, but I had never chked to see if her
local log file was bad. So I replaced her local file with the remote one. Once I
did that, Log Viewer came up fine so we did a File|Open to point Log Viewer to
the correct remote log and now we're all happy.
Thanks Alex!

========================
We have a bunch of Win95 client PCs that run the ND4 Log Viewer to view a remote
Log file that lives on a Win NT box.
All's been working fine. But recently one developer hasn't been able to open the
Log Viewer. When she accesses Log Viewer from the Command Center or off the
Start menu, it never displays. Instead she gets a window that looks like it's
probably the associated Java-console window but we can't set focus to it, to see
it. So we end up killing it. We can view the log just fine on our oher PCs.
Any idea what would have caused her Log Viewer to stop working? Or how to fix
it?
Thanks!
Janet
