I would definately like to hear from Sun on this...
before I make any changes to our setup.

I echo your concern about this. I have asked several ND about nd4.1.3 and
it's supported JDK.
On Solaris, ND4.1.3.8 specifies JDK1.1.5, which is supposedly not y2k safe
(despite the statement that nd4.1.3.8 is).

On NT, ND4.1.3.8 is specified to use JDK1.1.7A, apparently another not y2k
safe version.

We have done the obligatory change the time on the machine tests for both
these scenarios, with seemingly no glitch. I've heard on this forum that it
appears OK to move these versions of ND to the latest JDK1.1.X, but I would
rather hear it officially from ND/Sun.
Any thoughts on this? Should I get my resume ready?
