The RDBMS Service is locking up. When this happens rebooting the machine, restarting
the NetDynamics Service (using service manager) or the Service Manager (using the
command center) will not clear the problem. The RDBMS Service must be restarted.
The event logs do not show any errors, there are no hung services in the task manager
and the log does not provide any reasons for the failure. There has be some time

same Gateway and database and the timing of our issue, but it is not consistent and
the logs do not indicate a communication error. Does anyone have any suggestions
on where to start looking for the cause?
