It would take a lot of investigation - a good look at the code, how it
identifies users - before one can reach any conclusion.

One possibility is that user information (not ND SessionId, just some
userId) is stored in cookies and the two machines in question happen to have
cookies which have the same userId. One quick way to check this  would be to
delete the cookies from both the machines and test the behavior, before
digging into the code.
