We have a strange situation that is occuring with users in our France
environment and I'm wondering if anyone in the ND world has ever seen
anything similar to this.
We have a user in France who uses IE to log into our ND application (USER1).
The user performs work, then exits the application.
Another user (USER2) in France, who is on a separate machine, attempts to
log into the application but is tagged (by existing session objects) that
they are already logged in. At welcome time they are welcomed by name, as
USER1!
USER2 must exit their existing IE session and come into our application from
a fresh browser in order for ND to recognize them as a new user.
any ideas as what could be happening here? Is this more of an IE
installation issue than an ND issue? What info does ND look for from a
browser in order to identify the browser the user has, it's IP address ect?
Any info you can provide would be appreciated.
