processes.
I experienced the same problem when I upgraded. What I had to do was link
the true binary. On my box that was
/usr/java1.1/bin/sparc/native_threads/java. This has been working for me
for the last 4 months on several different Solaris boxes that I've updated
to JDK 1.1.7_08

Subject: [ND] Solaris, JDK1.1.7_08a, creating links for the processes.
Hi,
We are upgrading our Solaris box from jdk1.1.5 to 1.1.7_08a, and I am having
a problem. I like to set up my own links to the java command, like
java_cp->java, so that I can than use the java_cp command as the java
process to use by the CP service. This way I can look at the processes that
are running (or not) to determine a problem.
With 1.1.7_08a, the java command is itself a link to .java_wrapper. Now none
of my links work. I've tried linking directly to the .java_wrapper, but that
doesn't help. Anyone else run into this and solve it?
