Hi everybody!
Data:
Java- Sun JDK 1.1.8 or MS JVM or IBM JVM, Windows NT 4.0 SP6, IIS 4.0
Shared directory on other NT server connected as disk (Map
Network Drive as K:)
When i attempt to access files on that disk Java reports "File not found":
functions File.exists() or File.rename(f2)
The same thing when using on Win95/98 works fine! (MS Personal Web Server)
When i connect local directory using SUBST-command on NT - it works too!
But as shared disk - doesn't work. (sic!)
I guess it's additional security in NT or IIS.
What should i do?
