There is a solution and I cannot remember which one.
1. Change the ND service to use start using this account and not the system account.
Use a network userid/password which have complete access to that shared disk.
Try it with a super network id to see if that works .
Then reduce the security in the user id.
2. We also have to change the security of the
vitual directory inside iis to let the user access to write in that directory.
