You BET! We have used the beta-versions of ND 4.0 in building a whole application platform, and boy have we paid in blood, sweat and tears! Not to criticise ND in any way, but I will NEVER build a damn thing on a beta product again. It is now a lesson learned but our belief that ND 4.x will become a superior product in this category is yet not damaged..... It's the best! Our problems with the ND 4.0 Server are similar to yours. The CPU usage goes up to 100% indefinately and even crashes Dr. Watson(?!?). If this occurs at your site, please check your NT log file, it might give some hints.... My guess is some sort of a memory leak somewhere....
