I have a developer who receives an access violation from Studio when he attempts
to start it. This error is generated when the Studio is launched, not when any
project is opened. Has anyone had any experiences like this.
This is with NetDynamics 4.13.
It results in a Dr. Watson dump being generated. I've included the initial error
below:

The ND services are running successfully and the Command Center can be used.
I have had him install IE 5.x, as that has for some reason resolved certain problems
in the past.
