As infuriated as you may get to the list being spammed, acting like this isn't going to help. If you truly value the list members' right to a distraction free list, you wouln't be posting such rubbish. Please do feel free to alert the relevant abuse department, indeed I would urge you to do so. If you feel the need to copy the list in on your complaint, do so in an informational manner.
