This is fine for now, or ccl-bugs is good too.  The issue you're
referencing is

And indeed, we did add this feature in the future branch (modelruns)
when we marked it as fixed.  It sould be relatively easy to backport to
make it in this release, and I'll do that today.  However, since
clear-all doesn't reset sliders, and clear-globals is there to fill out
the functions that you can put together to make clear-all, that
functionality wouldn't be added to this.

I'm also pretty sure we don't even keep around the default value for
sliders (according to the model as saved on the hard drive), and we'd
have to discuss what a greater "reset-ui" call would actually do.
