I say again.  Version 2.11 had much greater utility than version version
3.x..  Seldom have I seen an application take such a large step backwards in
terms of user friendliness and utility.

        I think you are right audio communication is critical to application
        sharing -- the route that most corporate users have taken though
because of
        the lack of a strategy for managing QoS is to use NM application
sharing
        supported by the telephone and a conference service.
