Kimberly, a couple of things:
First make sure that you update to NM 3.01 and after downloading it make
sure that have your internet browser selected as the default browser,
believe it or not even Microsoft could not understand that one but it happen
to me with NM 3.01.
To check your connection there is one site in Finland that has a mirror
function (loopback) and you can actually see the picture you are sending
with a little delay.
Once you open NM and are on the net, click on tools and enter the folowing
ILS server name: meetpoint.arenanet.fi watch the dots. Once logged-on to
that server, call the directory and look for the words "loopback" Highlight
it and place a call to it, make sure that you have the video set to send and
receive (tools option), shortly thereafter you should see an image of
yourself or whatever your camera is pointed at.
Sometimes, loopback is rather busy, so be patient or try it at a different
time.
Best of luck
