Basically, yes.... But there are work around ways by getting a listing of
ILS servers not affiliated with MSN... The best source I have found for the
ILS server listing is at: www.netmeeting-zone.com
Another work around way is the web site www.visitalk.com By manually
entering an ILS server or joining Visitalk, you can avoid the Hotmail and
MSN Messenger route. There probably are other ways too, so anyone out
there, I am interested too.
