Hi

I have Netmeeting 3.01 and Logitech quickcam express 1.50. When I open
Netmeeting, my camera is recognized and I can see myself in the Netmeeting
window.

When I connect to a caller on an ILS server I can use chat etc but cannot
connect to video or audio. The Video -> Send setting is selected, but the
Video -> Receive setting remains grey ( I cannot select it). It is as if
the video/audio protocol is not connected. All settings in the
Tools->Options are set to automatic send/receive for video and sound.

Could it be a modem problem? I am using a 3Com US Robotics WinModem, 56K,
inetrnal PCI card. Are there any special settings for the modem to ensure
that both the data and the video protocol are enacted at the same time. I
have removed IP header compression from the modem setting as suggested by
Microsoft.

BTW, I just reformatted my hard disk and reinstalled WIN98 so there should
not be a conflict problem. Actually I had the exact same problem before I
did the reformat (that was not the reason I did it though, fortunately).

Thanks

Terry
