Brian - how do you change Netmeeting to the "Sound Meter view"?

of audio/video -- but certain modems that use software and the cpu instead
of onboard hardware to perform functions ( I think those designated
"Winmodem" as yours seems to be) can affect the ability to actually send and
receive audio/video.
