YES, even though the box is  checked to automatically send video it won't on
mine. To get it to send I have to click the first button (Start video) for
it to start transmitting.

turn the video on, before you place the call....on some cameras, the signal
wont pick up after connection......if you can see your self in the
netmeeting screen before you place the call. Chances are the person you call
will see your picture...
