A few things to clarify:

- There is no YANG 1.1 design team. There are virtual interim meetings
  that are open to everyone who wants to participate.  Yes, there is a
  core group of people who participate regularly and are deeply
  engaged. But this does not mean there is an official design team.

- There was WG consensus to work on YANG 1.1 and that consensus has
  become part of the charter of the NETMOD WG.
