I did not mean that.
I meant just a note to look to the wiki for new guidelines.
The RFC can be updated every few years.
If wait long enough, then this draft can be held up until YANG 2.0 is done
in 2021. ;-)
For people looking for stable references instead of work-in-progress, the
delays are  too long.
