I was slightly surprised when I got to the IANA Considerations and found the 
registration of a YANG module which I had yet to see.  One convention is that 
Appendices are Informative not Normative so I would suggest moving the YANG 
module into the body of the document or adding a statement to the Appendix that 
this is Normative and putting in  a forward reference in the IANA 
Considerations to the module.

'This draft...' in several places

YANG import lack references which need to be Normative.

Simplified BSD license is OOD

As is the copyright.

YANG contact lacks WG details

The YANG module authors are not quite the same as the I-D authors while the 
authors' addresses at the end are different yet again
