This is a nudge about this pending issue.

Here is the main proposed reco:

NEW:
   Some modules use "case + when" construct but provide duplicated
   information (e.g., the "when" statements are constraining a single
   case in the choice as shown in the example below).  Such constructs
   with duplicated information SHOULD NOT be used.

   ...

   Note that the use of "case + when" is still useful in cases where

   complementary modelling constraints should be expressed.  See the

   example provided below.

   ...

Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

I do still think there is a value in providing some guidance for such 
constructs.

I updated the PR with the example you provided as I find it better that the one 
we used to have. Feel free to review and proposed changes to the proposed PR
