At some point, the IETF LLC had an actual licensed/supported version of
gitlab.   I wish that all of our "github" stuff would use that.
Given OAUTH2 "login with github", and "login wit DT", the transition should
be trivial.

(Many of us would like to leave github entirely, the latest reason due to
forced AI training)
