This is a very generic source of information. Please cite the exact
source when you talk about legal stuff.

First, you talk only about Italy, Netsukuku is an International Project.

Second, the stuff you say about Italy is not correct. A project Like
netsukuku is outlawed in Italy!

I'm member of Ninux.org where we are already building a Free Network,
pratically illegally, but we use standard protocols such as OLSR
instead of Netsukuku.

You can set up legally a wireless bridge between two apartments that
belong to you, but you can't set up an infrastructure for tlc with
innovative concepts as pico peering agreement and net neutrality!
