the main problem was the fractal name and hierarchical mean exactly the right
thing.

Btw, the following substitution have been committed:
- fractal --> hierarchical
- ANDNA --> A Netsukuku Domain Name Architecture
- QSPN --> QSPN
I don't want too loose time debating on names.
