WARNING: the q2sim.py doesn't simulate the ETPs. It was developed before them. It simulates the CTPs. The CTPs aren't utilised anymore. You can find detailed information about CTPs only in the old versions of qspn.pdf. Probably, you've found the link to q2sim.py in the Reference section of the current qspn.pdf. You can ignore it.
