There have been numerous occasions (quite frequently, come to think
of it) where I have been annoyed that I've not been able to configure an
option for when I wish to enable it in the future.  Disabling these
boxes when they don't actually apply is infuriating in these
circumstances. Renaming the proxy types seems much more sane to me.
