Hi, I am the person who *owns* the computer the list runs on, so I think I get to set the policy. Here are some simple rules: 1. If you're not *certain* the attachment will be welcomed; don't put it in. 2. If someone attaches something, you do *NOT* have the right to lay into them about it. 3.
