Subject: Problem In 3-27-2000 Beta of Net-Tamer's browser

CC to David Colston

For David Colston's benefit and for that of readers on the Net-Tamer
mailing list at [EMAIL PROTECTED]: it should be noted that the latest
beta software is essentially useless on the website of the Washington
Post. Any link for a news article which one might select cannot be
viewed. Net-Tamer downloads content from the associated URL or at
least seems to do so. Despite the significant size of whatever is
downloaded, Net-Tamer eventually displays the following -- presumably
from a server used by the Washington Post:

> Bad request
>
> Bad request
>
> Your browser sent a query this server could not understand.
