Subject: another problem
This is kind of strange. I have recently gotten a newer computer with
windows 95. I am still in the process of learrning about it, so in the
meantime, I am still using Nettamer. As a matter of factt, I probably will
still continue to do sso for email and usenet, even after I learn
Explorrer. The computer is 100 mhz with 32 megs of ram. When I boot up, I
go to the start menu and restart in msdos mode. Now comes the weird part.
When I run Nettamer, all the wave file seem to run very sslowly. I can use
plany to run the ffiles and play them at regular speedd, but when I run
Nettamer, they sound v-e-r-y sslow. Alsso, I can't seem to get a connection
faster than 14,400. The computer is an Aptiva with an Aptiva modem. When I
run Explorer in win95, it will connect close to 28.8. Does anybody have any
idea about what I may be doing wrong? The old computer is a pentium 60
running msdos 6.22. My wife has this computer now, and the wave files still
play normally. Any help on thiss would be appreciatedd. Thanks!
