I see one problem, but someone may have an answer. Unless you have
permission to create subdirectories on the destination system, all files
will end up in one directory on the ftp site. If you have duplicate
filenames in different directories on your system, they will overwrite
on the destination. This won't matter if the files are actually
identical, but if they aren't . . . you see what I mean.
