This message makes no sense.  As best as I can interpret,
an English translation would be as follows:

"Subject: Re: IDENTITIES

Please identify yourself to the sender pr=F3ximos mailbox,
otherwise these addresses to be=E1n inserted.-
One should=E1n identify himself with first name and last name as=
ED as also=E9 n =
to explain the purpose of communicating to this address=
F3n electr=F3nica.-"

Some of the original wording appears to have been truncated and
in some places the wrong word appears to have been used in the
original.  Some of the phrases are translated exactly and in other
places I have just done a best guess interpretation at whatever
the sender was trying to say.  I don't think that even a native
speaker of Spanish could figure out this message very well.

Does anyone have any clue as to what this message is all about?

My best guess is that it is a reply to a spam message the sender
received from someone using the Nettamer List address.
