Subject: jude?

hi folks,
have not been reading much lately, but a huge bird told me of the problem
jude is having with nt and speech.
granted jaws for anything is a monster, but i would wonder first about how
p. c. dos does memory?
it should be noted however, that nettamer does not need "configuring" where
speech is concerned.
its built into the program.
if jaws is adding to this, or you have an additional speech configuration
file you have made for nettamer, there in may lie the problem.
i have used nt with at least three speech programs, but have never had a
memory problem with it.
first be certain your memory manager is doing all it can, < one can even get
memmaker from ms dos to load more high, if run on the customizing setting
rather than automatic,> then check just what jaws is loading when you run
it.
you may be loading drivers there or even somewhere else that may take up
memory.
for example, what word processor do you use? or even utility program? if
anything has a extra structure involved, they may sneak something past you.
if you wish, write me off list and i'll try to help.
sorry for the mess, but i just had a nap lol!

make your own kind of music!
