Have you tried connecting in terminal mode to try to determine
what's different between San Jose and Louisville? Were you
using a PAP login or a script?
If you can contact Uncle Dave, he might be able to help you.
I'm sure the problem would also affect his other programs that
use a dialer and ppp connection.
