Hi, if you identify with Europe or in some way do something (positive) with the idea of Europe you are a Eurocentric. It is that simple, Alex. The logic of the politically correct post-colonial people that claim to speak on behalf of the sub-altern is like that. It tells you something about how weird things can get if you drift off far into academia with Derrida, Spivak etc. as a guide and think that you are always right and all others are on the side of Empire. The dialectical turn from the heights of conceptual complexity to banal simplicity and contempt is quickly made. The only thing you can do about this is comply to their Stasi methodology and not use the term Europe at all. Silence is what this language police in the end aims for.
