Now that OpenSSL supports the curve and EdDSA, it would be interesting to add it in GnuTLS. I tried to integrate it into GnuTLS bundling the current code, and it can interoperate with OpenSSL: https://gitlab.com/gnutls/gnutls/merge_requests/984 For convenience I am attaching the remaining patches for nettle.
