can you make a letter to BSNL, using any of the templates as relevant in the FOSSCOMM wiki and send to BSNL MD and also the I&B ministry etc.

the point of having a GNU/Linux distribution fully loaded with all useful sw vs stripped down Windows is a good one and we can even mention a list of such sw in our letter
