How will you ever achieve that objective if you limit yourself to just 5-10%
of all systems in use? My suggestion is that this project aim to free all
people, not only those who have decided to free themselves. This way you
will pragmatically be able to aim at 'freeing' all stored data, and freeing
its users is more likely to follow.
