M$ vapour ware i must admit is a very creative parody of creativity. But even by that stretch they are providing use of copyrighted works for a price. If one were to get into the nitty gritty's of the EULA (and other music / video / books licences), I am sure there would be ample scope for contesting the EULA AFTER a purchase, else it is robbery. As a principle of protest I would go all out and support some one who tells M$ that as a protest he is installing some M$ stuff and duke it out in the courts - Pirate Bay style. I am ready to bet Rs.1000/- that none of the M$ pirate users will ever do that.
