Can we instead work with Mr Sen to have a training session for his current staff (if they are amenable to such an arrangement)? Such a session would/could focus equally on creativity as on the tools to use. I only suggest this because of your reminding me/this thread that Mr Sen feels the need to hire external skilled people, (perhaps) rather than reskilling his own staff.
