You are right. Sorry about that.

Can we instead work with Mr Sen to have a training session for his current
staff (if they are amenable to such an arrangement)? Such a session
would/could focus equally on creativity as on the tools to use. I only
suggest this because of your reminding me/this thread that Mr Sen feels the
need to hire external skilled people, (perhaps) rather than reskilling his
own staff. Of course, there may be compelling reasons why he doesn't want
his staff to be trained, no argument with that, if so.
