If you could convince the people who host it to put it up as an OpenDocument Spreadsheet you'd make my day. The file is 16 MB as XLS and a small fraction of that as an ODS. If you managed that, it would make my day. I mean, sure, it doesn't bother me at all here at home where it downloads in less than a minute, but I won't even give it a shot on my phone.
